1. Purpose
This Job Seeker Policy governs the use of Aruday by individuals seeking employment, internships, apprenticeships, freelance projects, contractual engagements, consulting assignments, or other career opportunities. It forms part of the Aruday Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
To create a Job Seeker account, you must:
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- Maintain only one personal account unless expressly authorised by Aruday.
- Use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate career-related purposes.
Aruday may request identity or educational verification before granting access to certain features.
3. Profile Information
You are responsible for ensuring that your profile accurately reflects your qualifications and experience. You must not:
- Upload false resumes or fabricated employment history.
- Claim qualifications or certifications you do not possess.
- Use another person's photograph or identity.
- Provide misleading salary expectations with the intent to deceive.
- Misrepresent your availability, work authorisation, or legal status.
You should promptly update your profile whenever there is a material change in your qualifications or employment.
4. Resume Standards
Your resume should:
- Be truthful and complete.
- Contain only information you are authorised to share.
- Avoid confidential information belonging to current or former employers.
- Be free from offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
Aruday may remove resumes that violate these standards.
5. Job Applications
By applying for a position:
- You consent to sharing relevant profile information with the employer or recruiter.
- You acknowledge that employers are independent entities responsible for their own recruitment decisions.
- You understand that Aruday cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment.
Employers may independently verify the information you provide.
6. Interview Responsibilities
Job Seekers should:
- Attend scheduled interviews on time.
- Dress appropriately and behave professionally.
- Notify employers if unable to attend.
- Verify interview details independently where appropriate.
- Avoid sharing sensitive financial or personal information unless legitimately required.
7. Fraud Awareness
For your safety:
- Do not pay money to obtain a job unless you have independently verified the legitimacy of the request.
- Never share OTPs, passwords, or banking credentials.
- Report suspicious employers, recruiters, or communications to support@aruday.com.
Aruday works to reduce fraudulent activity but cannot guarantee that every user or listing is genuine.
8. Use of AI Features
Where Aruday provides AI-assisted tools (such as resume suggestions, interview preparation, or job recommendations):
- Review AI-generated content carefully.
- Verify factual accuracy before use.
- Do not submit AI-generated information that is false or misleading.
- Understand that AI recommendations are informational and do not guarantee employment outcomes.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Job Seekers must not:
- Harass employers or recruiters.
- Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages.
- Attempt to obtain confidential employer information without authority.
- Use automated tools to submit applications without permission.
- Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
10. Account Actions
Aruday may warn, suspend, restrict, or terminate a Job Seeker account where there is a violation of the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or this Policy. Examples include fake profiles, repeated misconduct, fraud, or abuse of the Platform. Where appropriate, users may contact support@aruday.com to request a review of an account action.
11. Limitation of Platform Role
Aruday is a technology platform that facilitates professional connections. Aruday:
- Does not employ Job Seekers.
- Does not make hiring decisions.
- Does not guarantee interviews or employment.
- Does not guarantee salary levels, career progression, or employer authenticity.
Users remain responsible for exercising their own judgment and conducting appropriate due diligence.
